Out-Trails, published in 1902, describes the author J.P.Guy''s travel and work experiences in the last decade of the 19th century.<br><br> Including exporting to Argentina, travelling through Norway and gum digging in New Zealand. Health, Strength and Beauty, published in 1902 is an introduction to the world of physical culture. The author, Lex Mclean, Scottish Champion for three years had studied physical culture for twelve years before writing this book. Because of the relevance to the previous author J.P.Guy who by this time was an instructor at the Sandow School of Physical Culture in Dunedin, New Zealand, we have grouped the two books on the one CD.
