Welcome to our family!  My name is Tara Tankink.  My mother, Mieke, began this page and between myself and her cousins we are bound to continue this History lesson she has started.  If you haven't heard Mieke's heart finally went home.  Please bare with us while we update this site.  In the meantime I am going through her email.  If any changes/updates have occurred I will do my best to update.  Once we switch everything over I will let you all know.  Her original message is below.My name is Mieke ne Maria Julia Jacobs and I welcome you to our online Family Portal.  This site is currently hosted by myheritage.com, so there are a few things that are great and not so great.
